Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to popular questions about Pravilo practice

What is the "Pravilo" trainer and how does it work?

This is an ancient Slavic wellness system. A person is stretched by their arms and legs (using special soft cuffs — grips) in a horizontal position. Under their own weight or with the help of weights, gentle stretching of the spine, joints, and ligaments occurs, which releases muscle tension.

Is it painful?

No. Despite its intimidating appearance, the training is very smooth. The main principle is relaxation through tension.

We adjust the height and intensity individually: you always control your sensations, and the trainer monitors your condition.

Can I train if I have no physical preparation?

Yes. People of all levels come to “Pravilo” — from professional athletes to those who lead a sedentary lifestyle.

For beginners, we use minimal elevation so the body adapts gradually.

What are the contraindications?

Sessions are not recommended for:

  • Acute inflammatory processes
  • Recent fractures or spinal surgeries
  • Severe hernias (in acute stage)
  • Pregnancy
  • Mental disorders and epilepsy
  • Serious cardiovascular diseases
What effect will I feel after the first session?

Most clients notice a “straightened back effect”, a feeling of lightness, an energy boost, and improved mood (due to deep relaxation of the nervous system).

Does the trainer help with back pain and hernias?

Yes, “Pravilo” effectively relieves pressure on intervertebral discs. However, if you have a diagnosed hernia or protrusion, you must inform the trainer and bring your MRI results. In remission stage, sessions help strengthen the muscle corset and reduce pain.

How long is one session?

On average, a session takes 60 minutes. This includes a warming massage, warm-up, the stretching itself, and relaxation accompanied by sound therapy with singing bowls, so the body locks in its new state.

How often should I train for results?

For maintaining tone and stress relief, once a week is enough. For addressing back problems or deep body work, the recommended course is 2-3 times per week.

What should I bring to a training session?

• Comfortable sportswear that doesn’t restrict movement (a t-shirt and leggings/pants are best). • Clean socks (sessions are conducted without shoes). • A bottle of water.
