Services and Prices

We provide individual massage and Pravilo stretching sessions at our studio in Prague. The scope and prices of services are listed on this website. Prices are stated in Czech crowns (CZK); amounts shown in euros are for information only.

Booking and Deposit

Sessions are booked through our online booking system. To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 600 CZK (approx. 25 EUR) is required. The deposit is paid manually by bank transfer, QR payment, or Revolut, and is credited toward the total price of the session. The remaining amount is paid at the studio.

Cancellation and Refund of the Deposit

You may cancel or reschedule your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. In that case the deposit is refunded or transferred to the new appointment.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, or do not show up, the deposit is non-refundable and serves as compensation for the reserved time.

Because the session is a leisure-time service provided at a specifically agreed time, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (Section 1837(j) of the Civil Code).

Referral Program

Our clients can take part in a voluntary referral program under the following rules:

• Invited friend: a 10% discount on their first session, applied to the price after deduction of the deposit.
• Referring person: within each cycle of five confirmed referrals a discount coupon is issued — the 1st confirmed friend grants a 10% coupon, the 3rd grants 25%, and the 5th grants 50%. After five confirmed referrals the cycle resets and may be repeated.
• A referral is considered confirmed once the invited friend has completed a booking and paid the deposit, and the studio has verified the payment.
• Coupons are sent by email to the address provided when generating the personal referral link or making the booking.

Discount Coupons

Coupons issued under the referral program are subject to the following conditions:

• Each coupon is single-use.
• Coupons are valid for 3 months from the date of issue; after expiry they cannot be used.
• Only one coupon (one discount) can be applied per session; coupons cannot be combined or stacked with other discounts.
• Discounts are applied by the studio to the session price at the time of payment.
• Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Fair Use and Changes to the Program

Discounts are provided at the studio's discretion and conditional on compliance with these terms. The studio may withhold or cancel a discount in cases of misuse, fraud, self-referral, or other abuse of the program. The studio may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time; such changes do not affect valid coupons already issued.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints can be submitted by email to info@pravilopraha.cz. The authority competent for consumer-protection supervision is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz). Consumers also have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution; the ČOI is the designated body, and the European Commission online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing Law

These terms and any contractual relationship are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with an updated revision date.
